Oh my word.  Looks like that was a waste of expensive blue paint. Cuz Niki was indeed right, it was a baby girl. Oops. Here’s some photos of the new baby! I think she's gonna have to be a tom-boy for her dad's sanity! :D

 It has now been a few months since Niki's pregnancy and she is ready to give birth any day now! Must say it's looking to be a healthy...boy? or girl if we ask Niki haha. 

Hey everyone. A few *in-game* months have raced by since my last update. Lian and Niki got married in the summer, and we're already into the winter months in inzoi which is crazy! (in a scarily good way.) The flat is fairly complete now just for a few little jobs here and there but all in all the jobs done all thanks to the newlyweds! On a separate note tho... ehm.. Niki is pregnant (!)  the couple we're really excited when the news came through and they've pretty much gotten to work straight away in preparation.   Lian’s been busy turning one of the bedrooms into a pretty decent nursery. But i must say he's risking it a bit. he's been pretty sure its a boy he’s fully committed to that boy vibe, regardless of Niki's unsureness. She has a feeling it might be a girl, though Lian's confidence was still too strong for her to challenge. Let's hope he's right cuz that was a lot of blue expensive paint! Let's see how the couple do in the next few months...

Hey everyone, Lian and Niki are officially husband and wife and are beginning their new  life together in their (almost) complete apartment at Gaya Apartment 102.  While a few rooms are still being finished and decorated, the newlyweds have settled comfortably into the completed, renovated parts of their new home.

A few weeks after landing the new job, Lian was ready to pick up were he left off; the renovation of his flat once more. (yay)  Finally the master bedroom is almost complete! The flat is looking way better now and a lot of work has been done. I mean a lot guys. Stay tuned for more exciting news from my zois. And ehm, do i hear wedding bells?

 Hey guys, Lian is officially hired! The Dowan City Fire Department was recruiting, and applying seemed like the ideal move for a steady career. The steady income would allow Lian to complete his renovation project and move closer to Niki! While this wasn’t on his current list of career goals, he had been obsessed with firefighters as a child—a testament to the lasting influence of childhood dreams haha.Though the job is only as assistant secretary of the department, (not firefighting) it does offer a good pay!  Let's hope the renovation project gets completed before Lian and Niki get married!

...  Lian and Niki finally had their date in Central Park. It was actually really sweet; he shared how he felt about her which was cute and she felt the same way. then he gave her a massage which was...odd.    Come  on, who would say no to a face like his? .·°՞(˃ ᗜ ˂)՞°·. While they're both excited to get married, and yes, they want to get married (!), they've decided to wait until Lian is employed. Since the job market is tough right now, he’s pausing his renovation project of the flat to focus entirely on finding a job. so good luck to him! Stay tuned for more updates.

 Hello, quick update on Lian's process on the renovation of the apartment. The following days have been extremely busy at the apartment.  The flat is looking less like a dirt hole and more like a home.  A careful paint job on the master bedroom was done first since the original paint was literally peeling away!  The floors have also been swept and mopped, clearing away all the broken glass and rubbish that was lying around. (can you believe it?) Thanks to Niki's help, the kitchen has had a thorough wipe down and is looking better, though some appliances need to be replaced.    ⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊୨ᰔ୧₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹*

Lian bought the flat for two main reasons: to make it his home and to take on a passion renovation project. Currently, the flat is in a state of neglect. One bedroom has a significant damp problem, and all surfaces are covered in dust and dirt. A comprehensive deep clean and overhaul are required before the property is habitable. It's obvious that the property was not cared for by the previous residents.  Upon receiving the keys and unloading his belongings, Lian remarked: "This'll keep me busy for the next year or so." The property was purchased for m75,000 meow, a price reflecting its poor condition. The previous owners intended to demolish the apartment to construct rental offices.
